In January we reported a new radio site near Rachel. It disappeared soon after my post, but the enclosure has since been expanded. Today the radio site was back, possibly for the current Green Flag exercise.
The design reminds of a cell site, with a microwave panel pointed in the direction of Cedar Peak and an omni directional antenna or lightning protection pole at the top.
