Looks like an F-16.......The USAF a routinely added "carport" type covers for most fighter flight lines....Not so much to hide aircraft (but is a plus) than to give flight crews a sheltered work environment.....I recall at, Nellis crews would have welcomed cover from that sun and heat (107.5° was not unusual)......
