NASA's WB-57's prime mission is "Earth Resources".....There are so many areas that governments could be looking at.......State of forest, state of jungle/tropical forest, animal populations, and maybe even poaching trails and poachers themselves....also natural resources and as in Nigeria thief of oil/gas........
Foreign intrigue missions could be locating terrorist camps, terrorist training camps,and are foreign powers building bases on African soil.........
There are all kinds of possibilities.....
