Quite possible, OR a great story to cover the real mission. The original photos on Google EARTH has clouds which are not natural. Not another cloud anywhere, and never seen before like this on G.E. Oh, yes, if you check out San Nicholas Island off the California Coast (Another Naval test facility) You can find Identical clouds in some historical G.E. photos....just sayin' don't take every cover story at face value...
