Hub Corn is the name of the property owner. He said that he only realized his land was a UFO crash site when he discovered that people were willing to pay him money to visit the location. It was never an actual crash site, nor was it part of the original Roswell mythology. The owner simply saw an opportunity to profit from the credulousness (gullibility?) of others. Thus endeth the lesson.
