Whatever air force it belongs to, there is nothing in this pic that suggests it was taken from one Groom based aircraft against another. This may be a German (who by the way, are going to be transferring all their MiG-29s to Poland next year), Russian or Iraqi (or anyone else for that matter) MiG-29, and the nationality markings can be removed easily by digital manipulation.
