Yes, tram tours are still there running from Space Center Houston to JSC. I was there last year with my daughters girl scout troop. Highlights are the Saturn V building and mission control. The mission control stop varies between the historic mission control from the Apollo era and the current mission control. As far as I know there's no way to know ahead of time which one they will take you to.
