I am going to be in Vegas next week and I found out that green flag is going on. Since I have never been for red flag, I am considering going to watch some of the takeoffs. I have watched some of the red flag takeoffs on Youtube and it appears that people are standing next to a fence (assume it is the fence at Nellis). Where is a good place to park? Also how can I find out when they will be taking off, since I don't have a scanner. Many thanks. I'm a lurker for many years, few times poster.
