Once again I find myself in agreement. Although while better oversight may not have prevented the problem, it works well in a lot of industries to hold accountability. However, without support or the ability to establish an effective penalty, oversight is ineffective. When the net results of screwing up is more money; there is not much horror in that. Please don't blame my good friend R. Lee Ermey; it was he used when he was a DI and worked pretty well then. A lot of other scenes (like when they were calling cadence and double-timing through the base) was not scripted and Lee did what he did when he was a DI.
