Not enough quality to tell (to me)......A plane would be more on the runway ......... While at Nellis I used to see "dust devils" quite often.....Perhaps that's one posibility..... Too at the southern end of 32R is a (using scale legend) appears to be some 1500 feet long over-run and it ends with a scraped area........ Other than that...........????????
