There's no way to tell. Most trucks destined to Area 51 enter the Nevada Test Site through the Mercury gate off US-95, proceed through the NTS, and enter Area 51 at Gate 700. The NTS is itself a restricted area, receives a good deal of truck traffic, and there's no public view of Gate 700. While it might be possible to count the number of trucks entering the NTS on a typical day there's no way of knowing how many of them are going to Area 51 and how many whose final destinations are in the NTS itself.
