I agree. With the hangar constructed a few years ago and construction of this new hangar at the south end of the runway we have two ramps separated from each other and from the rest of the base for compartmentalization. That is in line with the reports of two major projects in recent weeks.

From that location the new resident has a short way to taxi, minimizing exposure. It would also mean that it will take off to the north, and land from the north. Could be good for us in Rachel.

Within the last couple of months I have heard an aircraft over Rachel at night with no visible lights, that appeared to come out of "the box". I think next year is going to be interesting...
