A few interesting points:

1. The TFR in northern NM is only for a week, and the point of contact is listed as "ABQ Mission Base".

2. The TFR in western NM is for a month, and the point of contact is "United States Air Force Rescue Coordination Center". Of course, this TFR is also within a MOA.

3. A third TFR (quite possibly unrelated) has been issued for Libby AAF, next to Fort Huachuca, has been issued for 26 October 2013, 0600 to 1235 UTC (which is middle of the night Arizona time). This is southwest of TFR #2. Interesting that this TFR is only a semicircle covering 8 naut. miles north of the runway, which roughly coincides with restricted area R-2303A. This TFR is also only for 9000 to 18000 feet MSL.

I won't speculate here...rather I will let the readers draw what conclusions they may....if any.

Remember...the truth is out there...and it's usually really boring.
