A better way to think of it: if we had antigravity generators, there would be no need to build an aircraft like the B-2. The B-2 is simply a jet-propelled platform to move weapons over a long distance to a location (the target) where those weapons will be dropped or delivered. If an antigravity device existed, that device itself could presumably be used to deliver the weapons directly, by lofting them from the United States directly at the target, like a missile. There would be no point in building a very expensive aircraft and manning it with 2x crewmembers to do the same job as the antigravity device.
