Red Flag might make good video for CSI, but I don't see how you could effectively twist it into a CSI plot. Now the Nevada Test Site or the TTR has potential. If you dig back in the archives of this forum, you will find a post I did regarding a secret germ factory that Clinton set up on the NTS grounds.

I could see an episode where a body turns up nuked, attacked by germs, etc., and the NTS is suspected. Or it could be very low key, such as radiation being detected on the boots of a corpse, and then the trail leads to the NTS. And of course the DOE would limit where the CSI team could investigate because of safety or national security. You might be able to work NEST into the story as well.
