I dont know if Sunrise is the one at the far north end of the base but I has a real good look at it and all I saw that I could identify was a cell phone tower, some repeaters that someone told me a while ago were for a local ham group and were part of the znet link and a small dish. I saw no signs prohibiting being there but I could not see the whole area from where I was. The view looks like you could see into the entire base, even into some corners that you cant see from ground level. I will be in Vegas March 3rd. and if I get a chance Ill take a closer look.
