I have a question about nellis AFB

Dear Sirs,

How do you do ? This is my first letter to here.
I am a Japanese who like to take a picture USAF's
airplanes.
By the way, I have a plan to go to US (Nellis AFB)
for the purpose of taking photo during March 6th to
8th.
I am concerning the base's strict guards from Sept.11-
terrorism.
Currently can I take a photo at the northern fence as usual
(like the condition before terrorism with no problem)?
Could you tell me this question ASPS ?
I am thinking that I would cancel this travel if the base's tough controls is performed.
