Interesting I never thought about being in a Balloon in this area as you are at the mercy of the winds, I wonder how it would be dealt with if one were to be blown off course into the Area? You cannot bring a Balloon down that easily you might see you are heading into restricted airspace but by the time you get on the ground you could be well inside the perimeter!
