Well, if it is, it's in the mid stages of construction (at the time of the photo).....The runway is under construction...Concrete forms (square and as yet not poured) are visible.....To the left of the 3 hangers are stringers laid out to build another........To the left of this complex is another of what appears to be a runway..????...below that is a construction complex...Large dirt trailer trucks, offices, quarters, etc., etc........Definitely has an American look!!!
