I just saw the movie ("Zero Dark Thirty") this weekend. That is indeed the prop, and the location where scenes were filmed. It was supposed to be a hangar at Area 51. Although the shot was brief, and only shows the hangar interior (with a quick glimpse of the EG&G radar dish beyond the open door), it was without question one of the most realistic depictions of Area 51 yet featured in a movie.
