To be clear, the pilot error cited was in the May crash. There has been no determination in the latest crash although statements already claim the oxygen system was not involved.

Of more concern to me is this note in the AF times story about the May crash. Is AETC (or someone else) trying to hide an embarrassing determination? The AF willingness to be very transparent about accidents is normally to be applauded.

"While most accident investigation board reports are released in full within 24 hours of the announcement of findings, the report in this case is only available through a pending Freedom of Information Act request, AETC spokeswoman Dianne Moffett said Thursday."
