Sorry for the delay Mark, was gone for a couple days.....We are still using 1 1/4 eyepieces mainly because we've just been too busy procrastinating !!.....The C-8 is like a 2,000mm lens by itself, but of course using eyepieces really ups that quite a bit.....The EP's we're currently using are Meade Ortho's of 7mm, 10.5mm, 16.8mm, 28mm and a Super Plossl 40mm.....Of course visual viewing and photography are two different animals.....Using eyepiece projection for taking pictures of moving things is an art I'm still trying to put together !!.....Of course brightness, air quality, etc really come into play too................e
