One thing that comes to mind during all that, the lawyer who always popped up in Area 51 documentaries about the lawsuit, he always said his offices were "sealed" due to what his offices were able to dig up.

Sorry to bring up some ghost questions on the subject, but I've always had a hard time finding some truthful answers during all that.
