Yeah, it's too close to things that shouldn't burn to be a burn plane, and they always put 'wings' on those anyway.

I'm a serial offender on this point, but it's important to remember that in addition to being super-special and ultra-secret and all that, this place is also a regular ol' USAF facility. It's not at all unusual to see hulks and various parts of old planes laying around. Sometimes there's no mystery to unravel.
