There are a couple of videos on Youtube of guys getting arrested a few yards on the wrong side of the signs. There is even the famous vid of the two seemingly-cracked older women who (probably unknowingly) blast right past the signs, with the Cammo Dudes soon in hot pursuit. Presumably not a lot happened to the old dears. They were so obviously harmless that it's hard to imagine anything more than a fine and an escort back to the border. Someone in another thread made reference to some Brits who apparently had been caught farther inside the boundaries......though that was the first time I'd read about that. Does anyone know anything about that incident? From my recent trip there, I struggle to imagine anyone getting more than a few hundred yards or so past the border....and even that would probably require you to be out in the middle of nowhere, away from the main roads that most use for entry. Still, I would imagine that the helicopters would be on you like flies on you-know-what before you'd come CLOSE to being able to see anything other than just more desert. Does anyone know what the deepest verified incursion to A51 has been over the years......and what happened to the intruder? Thanks.
