13927 is quite active with various USAF Traffic on my radios anyway...

I reckon the HF antenna is just used for local trials and nothing that interesting...unless if you find 'green' comms that is...worth a try of course.
You need to find/sniff out any callsigns, then tap into nellis HF freqs and see what you find...if the same callsign is broadcasting or being called...and then try other bases nearby, or affiliated complexes in other states...perhaps Edwards...
A long shot...but might find something after a few weeks of trying!
