If you are headed to Rachel and take I-15 to 93 be aware they are tearing up the offramps for some unknown reason...yesterday both ramps to 93 N and S were closed. The next best way is to get off at Speedway Blvd, go under I-15 and take that road that parallels the freeway to the Loves then turn onto 93...
