Texas doesn't require (anymore) OHV registration but Texas Parks and Wildlife Dept. requires a "decal" to ride on public lands.....I guess it's a defacto registration! I agree with the law..If there were only a hand full of OHV's it wouldn't be necessary, but with the large sales of such vehicles today, these laws have become necessary.. Without regulations regarding where a rider can and can't go could result in great environmental destruction..
