I am certain that all the vehicles I saw during my trip there had government license plates. Since the security is outsourced, and with the addition of non-standard vehicles (the Ford Raptors), I would imagine that there is an agreement with the surrounding counties that those security vehicles are exempt from having plates.

I know - I said the GOVs had plates. Why not the contract security vehicles too? Well, if I were doing security and I didn't want folks to know how many vehicles I had...I'd make them all the same and take any distinguishing features off. Like unique license plates.

Do the contract secutiry vehicles drive on the public roads?
