i agree with the idea that the b3 will probably have a shorter wingspan than the b2 and be lighter but it will probably have about the same payload. one of the constraints on the bomb bay is the bunker buster monster bomb; that will probably be the largest weapon the b3 will carry. i have also read the 2027 prediction but for lots of reasons i think that is just the cover story - i think they are really shooting for 2018 but i don't think they will make it. that's obviously just my opinion and unless someone leaks secrets about the b3 (based on the recent news that could never happen....) we will have to wait and see.
