Well it is the classic Aurora shape; in the first picture it is flying right to left then in the second left to right so it has made a very tight turn in these to shots. If that was the case the photographer could have got some other shots looking down onto the top of the article when it banked, therefore there should plenty of shots as that maneuver would have taken time to complete.

The general background is quite hazy but the aircraft is sharp, well defined and given the size vs the overall landscape it must be very close to the photographer and flying in unrestricted airspace.
