The L-1011 is most probably Orbital Scienceīs "Stargazer" aircraft. I attended a course at the NTPS some years ago, which is located in the adjacent building, so we could see the aircraft during coffee breaks...
I believe the two smaller vehicles are Orbitalīs "Pegasus" rockets which they use to place small payloads in earth orbit. At least they used the Mojave facility to mate those vehicles with the L-1011 at the time when I was there.
The other airframe close to it really is an old Saab Draken. NTPS uses those as supersonic test/training aircraft. They say it is cheaper and easier to operate than US or NATO 3rd/4th generation fighters...
Mojave really is a cool place, I liked it a lot. Never seen so many crazy...ahem...inspired people at a single airport!
