The Alien Research Center and the Area 51 RC are two completely separate businesses. Glenn's A51RC closed in Rachel years ago. I tried to buy the trailer from him to keep it going once Don left Rachel but he wanted $3000 for it and it was worth nothing, that trailer should of been burned to the ground. I figured it would have been fun to open it on weekends...kinda glad he priced it so high because looking back it was on borrowed time anyways. Once the land the trailer was on was sold to a guy in California he gave everyone I believe 90 days notice to vacate the property. The ARC in Hiko is ran by a guy from Vegas who used to own the sports memorabilia shop in the Stratosphere. They closeddown for a long time due to employee theft but are now open on weekends again. It is nothing like Glenn's shop, it is just place to buy little alien trinkets.
