Don't get me wrong, I'm not doubting the "Cat Eyes" thing for a second--sounds a lot like other programs that are better known. But the description of wheresjanet's FOIA reply reminded me of an AF FOIA guy telling me that they occasionally get requests for things that appear not to exist. The SOP in such cases, he said, was to say that any information the USAF has regarding XXX is legitimately classified. You can imagine the effect that's going to have on someone who just KNOWS the Air Force is using chemtrails to flouridate the sky, or whatever the theory is.
