You're contradicting your own theory. If the AF was willing to spend a little extra to build the hangar tall enoufgh to accomodate future, undefined programs, why would the AF not spend enough to make th hangar doors wide enough to accomodate a B-2, which is intregral to the program that you're suggesting?
