Is there a document available that summarizes the growth/reduction/changes of the airspace specifically related to DLR over time? for that matter, is there similiar documentation (timeline/maps) showing the equivalent changes to the DLR dirt "boundry"? I have seen a lot of discussion and some documentation regarding these items but never a "Dummy's Guide" to the issue.
