Im certain ive just heard one. Im in South Leicestershire.

Was outside and there was a sudden bang, almost like thunder, yet the sky is clear and bright. Could hear what sounded very like a jet engine on reheat but it must have been very high up as i could not see it. Heading pretty much due south by the track of the sound of the jet......
