The Harvest Bare Hangars stand for Basic Expeditionary Airfield Resources (BEAR). I've seen it spelled both ways and on the blueprint, the hangar is spelled BARE. Google "Harvest Bare Hangar." Global Security.org has a detailed description of it. But the link below has pictures of what the shelters look like.
