Yes. Red Flag aircraft are not allowed to fly into the 4808 restricted area. However, they can pretty much plan their own route around it. They are supposed to avoid low level flight right over populated areas like Rachael. Tikaboo Peak is near the right side of the chart portion in this link and well clear of 4808. I've used it to hide from the radar while northbound on Red Flag missions. We would then fly counter-clockwise around Dreamland to targets on the west side of Dreamland, then go south to clear the area. Cutting a corner of 4808 meant being ordered to land at Nellis AFB and two days of debriefing. It certainly wouldn't help your next performance report either.
