Not quite right. The latest Block 3.1 F-22 has an air-to-ground mode on its radar which gives photo quality images of a target, and when linked to the aircraft's INS/GPS, can pinpoint the coordinates of the target and dispatch two SDBs within seconds.

The kill chain is getting very short indeed...
