it is actually much more than just a "fuels management storage area".... it is the hazardous materials and exotic fuels storage area. if we had a complete list of the "stuff" that has been stored in that area over the years it would "water our eyes" - pun intended. you will never get a full list of what has been stored there as some of the items are still classified. the bottom line though is that there is nothing to really hide there so the blackout is probably some sort of technical glitch by Google Earth.
