Pete I would guess those were during the Mig 4450th Red Hat days? TTR at that time, mid 80's would be under construction with new hangers etc. for the F-117's and just getting the deliveries of the F-117's. Pretty tense time for sure, does your bro in law still fly? I'd bet he signed more papers than he can remember. :)
