it looks like a flow splitter for the two engines and the round part is simply a shadow effect from the leading edge of the inlet. i don't recall there being a splitter there but when i worked on the
B2 i never spent any time looking directly down into the inlets. perhaps someone with B2 engine experience could confirm the splitter has always been there.....
