Brian, the testing most likely occurred on the TTR. One section has been a bombing range ever since WWII. That is where our nation's smart bombs are developed. It has been the impact zone for Navy cruise missiles for years. Photos of the GBU-57A Massive Ordnance Penetrator suggests this being the test area. I think Utah may have a bombing range as well, so it could have occurred there, but I think it would be TTR.
