HAHA.. the chow hall. To be honest with you it probably is just a new unit..and it is probably their control center for UAV's. Other facilities couldn't accommodate the needs to run such a facility. The reason the vault door is the main entrance is because as soon as that door opens it probably leads right to the floor. Meaning the operations center. At Nellis they are almost done with the building of the F-35 Flight Test Instrumentation Facility. And at Creech AFB they are in the process of constructing a new Mission Control Complex.
