It's certainly an interesting concept but I wonder how effective it is in real life use. Mounted under the vehicle it's certainly the very bad location for communications. The body of the vehicle is going to create a lot of interference in the signal. The best place for an antenna is in the middle of the roof this is located in the complete opposite direction. Radios are so prevalent in vehicles these days nobody even notices an antenna, lack of what is almost more suspicious.
