I enjoy your enthusiasm. Don't stop asking questions. The scenario where a SEAL team would infiltrate A51 would most likely be during a security audit. Is it possible? I was working as a defense contractor on a USAF base in a highly secure area of the flight line at night when a SEAL team came through. So yes it can happen.
