I looked that over awhile back. Maybe someday when I don't have anything better to do I'll read it word for word. It's pretty much what Jim Mori has been reiterating for the last 15 years. The booms were caused by craft flying offshore. And since they don't have any sensors set up there, it's hard for them to make definitive determinations as to what it was or exactly how fast it was traveling. Jim Goodall said there used to be instances of extremely high speed targets coming in from off the coast of SoCal all the time in the early 90's. When ATC personnel questioned the blips they were just told to drop it, or report it as an error.
