Correct. The real S-4, or Site 4, is in the Tonopah ECR, west of Cedar Gate. It can clearly be seen from public land. I am sure Lazar, as most of us living in Vegas, knew someone who worked at the Test Site. It seems he fabricated his story using bits and pieces he heard. He deserves credit though, for being consistent and coming up with a story that sounds plausible... until you start looking into the inconsistencies.
