Those photos are interesting. My guess would be they were shot at about 600mm (maybe a telephoto lens and extender). The second photo gives you an idea how long the exposure took (based on the vehicle path). I'm guessing the path is about a mile long and at night you probably wouldn't drive faster than 30MPH, so about a two minute exposure. The Janet light doesn't turn on until very early in the AM, so maybe these photos were done around 5AM.
